Electromagnetic compatibility

 

This technical regulation regulates electromagnetic compatibility of equipment and aims at ensuring that internal market has equipment of satisfactorily electromagnetic compatibility level.
Electromagnetic compatibility means the ability of equipment to function satisfactorily in their electromagnetic environment without introducing intolerable electromagnetic disturbances to other equipment in that environment.
Equipment should be designed and manufactured in compliance with essential protection requirements and specific requirements for fixed installations, which are specified in this technical regulation.
The apparatus compliance with essential requirements is fulfilled through conformity assessment procedure, where the manufacturer performs manufacturing internal control pursuing a series of procedures listed in this technical regulation.
The technical documentation enables apparatus conformity assessment in compliance with requirements deemed essential.

    1. List of equipment subject to this law application/li>
    2. Launching on the market or in operation
    3. Free movement of equipment
    4. CE marking
    5. OEN/OM approved bodies
